Various Menus With Red Meat
No CommentsComing up with interesting and different meal plans 365 days a year can become difficult and frustrating at times. There are meal planning helps and menus to follow in magazines and online as well, that can give you some great ideas. Getting some fresh new ideas and trying new things is a good way to expand your taste. Red meat is a major source of protein and adds many other vitamins and minerals to your diet. There are so many ways to cook it or combine it with other ingredients that you would rarely have to have it the same way twice. It can’t be beat for a bar-b-q, and what would pasta be without it? The lean cuts are healthy and if you get one of the cuts that is less tender the crock pot is your very best friend. Besides, it can be put in the slow cooker in the morning and left all day to cook on low and when you come home the meat is tender and the house smells delicious.
